CONSULTATION ON FINAL PART OF ST. ANDREW’S PARK

VINCI St. Modwen is bringing forward the final part of St. Andrew’s Park, in the area to the west of the site.
We’ll be delivering new homes, new retail and leisure spaces, and new spaces for the community, and connecting the development to Uxbridge Town Centre.
Our proposals include:
- New, high quality homes
- New spaces for the community including a public square
- New leisure and commercial facilities
- Flexible community space
- Refurbishing the Grade II listed, former RAF cinema building
We want to share our plans with you and hear your views and opinions.
Please join us at our event at the location below on Saturday 12 March (11am – 3pm) to get together as a community, learn more about our proposals and give your feedback.
We’ll also have refreshments on offer and activities including face painting for children. We look forward to seeing you there.
